 After a very successful retreat to Costa Rica, I am currently evaluating other retreat opportunities around
the world. As you can see from the pictures, these retreats consist of so much more than just yoga. My
retreats are an opportunity to rediscover your spirit while enjoying a healthy and active vacation. Retreats
are all-inclusive (except for airfare) and may be held in Costa Rica, Mexico, Florida, or other location to be determined.
